ORDER

By letter dated March 24, 2003, plaintiffs seek the Court's aid in compelling certain discovery by defendants. The letter makes a number of factual assertions regarding defendants' actions in discovery. Defendants' responding letter, dated March 27, 2003, states that a number of plaintiffs' allegations are false, although it does not always provide any support for those contentions apart from the ipse dixit of the author.

Actually, there are two such letters that are almost, but not quite, identical. It is unclear to the Court which plaintiffs wishes addressed.

Absent supplementation by defendants, on or before April 1, 2003, the Court will disregard their unsupported assertions that plaintiffs' assertions are false.

SO ORDERED.
