ORDER


The motion of the Pro Quest defendants for reconsideration [docket item 338] is denied, as the issue of reprints was not adequately addressed — and certainly not overlooked by the Court, see S.D.N.Y. Civ. R. 6.3 — on the motions for summary judgment. Moving defendants may seek summary judgment with respect to the reprint issue if they are so advised.

SO ORDERED.
