Equity. Before GREEVY, P.J. Adjudication filed dismissing petition for rescission of deed upon payment of money by defendant to plaintiff and granting other relief to plaintiff. Defendant's exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 920, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, No. 73-0731. Submitted September 15, 1976.
