On May 23, 2022, petitioner filed a Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and a Memorandum in Support of Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On May 24, 2022, petitioner filed another Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and another Memorandum in Support of Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. The two sets of documents appear to be duplicative.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and Memorandum in Support of Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 23, 2022, are stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Memorandum in Support of Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 24, 2022, is recharacterized as an Exhibit to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
