DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Heather Denby, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and William L. Koslosky, Esq., 2635 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13501, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct; and it is further

ORDERED that, within 20 days of the date of this decision and order, counsel shall verify whether the appeal has been e-filed in NYSCEF and, if so, register or confirm registration and enter such contact and additional information as required by 22 NYCRR 1245.3 (March 10, 2016) and failure to timely register will render counsel deemed served with any document electronically filed in this matter pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245.5 (c), and it is further

ORDERED that counsel's time to perfect the appeal is extended to June 23, 2020.
