This case was tried remotely via Zoomgov on April 19, 2022, during the Charleston, West Virginia, trial session of the Court.

On April 11, 2022, petitioner filed a pretrial memorandum. On April 18, 2022, petitioner filed three sets of proposed trial exhibits. Petitioner's pretrial memorandum filed April 11, 2022, and first set of proposed trial exhibits filed April 18, 2022, include identifying information. Pursuant to Rules 27(a) and 103, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, the Court will seal petitioner's pretrial memorandum and petitioner's first set of proposed trial exhibits.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's pretrial memorandum filed April 11, 2022, at Docket Index No. 89, is sealed. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's proposed trial exhibits filed April 18, 2022, at Docket Index No. 94, is sealed. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall remove from the Court's public record petitioner's pretrial memorandum filed April 11, 2022, and petitioner's first set of proposed trial exhibits filed April 18, 2022, and they shall be retained in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an order of the Court.
