On October 14, 2021, the parties electronically filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the Decision incorrectly refers to the "stipulation of the parties" even though there is no Stipulation on the record in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 14, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before November 2, 2021, the parties shall submit revised stipulated decision documents so this case may be concluded.
