The applicant, The State of Louisiana, through the University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors, Grambling State University, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's May 31, 2023, denial of its "Motion for Summary Judgment." Exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. Herlitz Const. Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981). On the showing made, this writ is denied.
The deferred costs of this writ application, in the amount of $180.00, are assessed to the applicant under La. R.S. 13:4521.
