PARRO, J., dissents. Since this matter involves the appeal of an interlocutory Judgment and no Irreparable Injury has been shown, an appeal is not authorized at this time. See LSA-C.C.P. art. 2083. Therefore, I respectfully dissent from the majority opinion as I believe the appeal should be dismissed HUGHES, J., concurs.
