Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Untermyer, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.


Order unanimously modified by granting the motion to vacate items 1 (a) and (b); 2 (a), (b), (c) and (d), but defendant is directed to state generally what it will claim would have been a reasonable total amount of orders; and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. The bill of particulars to be served within ten days after service of order.
