PRESENT:

Respondent Power Authority of the State of New York having applied for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oswego on September 7, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted on the condition that Power Authority of the State of New York's brief is filed and served on or before May 1, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
