Present — Bergan, P.J., Coon, Gibson, Herlihy and Reynolds, JJ.


During the pendency of the plaintiff-respondent's application for reargument the time of such plaintiff-respondent to stipulate as to the amount of the verdict is extended, and upon the determination of that motion appropriate direction will be made with respect to the time of such stipulation.
