This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 13, 2024, Knoxville, Tennessee trial session.

On April 12, 2024, respondent filed (1) a Second Amended Answer, (2) a Motion for Leave to File Second Amendment to Answer, and (3) a Second Amendment to Answer. Respondent's motion states that petitioner objects to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 1, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's above-referenced motion. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Second Amended Answer (Index No. 34) is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
