ORDER

Trial of this case was held on May 14, 2024, before the undersigned at the Court's Knoxville, TN Trial Session. After considering the evidence in this matter and considering respondent's burden of proof with respect to those increase deficiencies being sought through his First and Second Amendments to his Answer, the Court is inclined to direct the parties to file a single memorandum style brief with the Court.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that on or before August 14, 2024, the parties shall file a simultaneous memorandum style brief (which means they may forego the requirement of a table of contents and authorities as called for in Rule 151(e)(1)) in accordance with Tax Court Rule 151(e)(2) through (6).
