D-2377 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF MICHAEL C. VINYARD

Michael C. Vinyard, of Ottumwa, Iowa, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of August 2, 2004; and a rule having been issued and served upon him requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; and the time to file a response having expired;

It is ordered that Michael C. Vinyard is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

D-2385 IN THE MATTER OF DISCIPLINE OF REYNOLD N. MASON

Reynold N. Mason, of Brooklyn, New York, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court, and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

D-2386 IN THE MATTER OF DISCIPLINE OF EDWARD MICHAEL McGOWAN
