D-2331 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF RICHARD STEVENS

Richard Stevens, of New York, New York, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of August 5, 2002; and a rule having been issued and served upon him requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; and the time to file a response having expired;

It is ordered that Richard Stevens is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

D-2355 IN THE MATTER OF DISCIPLINE OF ALBERT J. PIRRO, JR.

Albert J. Pirro, Jr., of White Plains, New York, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

D-2356 IN THE MATTER OF DISCIPLINE OF WILLIAM WALTER FREIHOFER, JR.

William Walter Freihofer, Jr., of Longport, New Jersey, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
