ORDER

ALINA I. MARSHALL JUDGE

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 6, 2021, for cases in which Las Vegas, Nevada, is the place of trial.

On October 20, 2021, petitioner Victor Attisha filed a motion for document subpoena hearing, indicating therein that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner Victor Attisha's motion for document subpoena hearing filed October 20, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court that will be conducted remotely starting at 1:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. Shall the parties request that the Court reschedule the Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court from November 17 to November 24, 2021, the parties shall promptly notify the Court of any such request. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a notice of remote proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than November 10, 2021, petitioner Victor Attisha shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary.
