This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 14, 2021, for cases in which Denver, Colorado is the place of trial.

On June 8, 2021, respondent filed a document titled "Motion in Limine". After review of that filing, the Court concludes that respondent's document is in fact a response to petitioner Victor Attisha's motion in limine filed June 2, 2021. Accordingly, the Court will recharacterize respondent's filing appropriately.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
