STIPULATION FOR AND ORDER FOR JUDGMENT FOR ATOM AND BERTA AND AGAINST WORLD EXPRESS PROCESSING
I. STIPULATION
Pursuant to agreement between plaintiffs Atom Enterprises, Ltd. and Berta, Ltd. and defendants World Express Processing and Christopher Reed the parties request the Court to enter a judgment for Atom Enterprises, Ltd. and Berta, Ltd. and against World Express Processing in the amount of $203,000.00. A proposed copy of the judgment is attached to this order as Exhibit A.
The parties further stipulate that the Judgment for Atom and Berta and Against World Express Processing, this Stipulation for and Order for Judgment for Atom and Berta and Against World Express Processing, and the stipulated judgment amount set forth in such documents, may not be used to establish liability in any subsequent action against Christopher Reed.
II. ORDER
Pursuant to the above Stipulation, the Court orders that a judgment on behalf of Atom Enterprises, Ltd. and Berta, Ltd. and against World Express Processing is entered in the amount of $203,000.00.IT IS ORDERED as follows:
A judgment in this case for plaintiffs Atom Enterprises, Ltd. and Berta, Ltd. and against defendant World Express Processing shall be entered in the amount of $203,000.00.
