ORDER

The parties' first Motion to Extend Time to Mediate is GRANTED, and this appeal is remains abated until June 9, 2017. The parties are directed to file either the appropriate motion to dismiss this appeal or a motion to reinstate appellate deadlines no later than June 9, 2017; or, if the appeal is reinstated, appellant's brief is due thirty days from the date of reinstatement. All other appellate deadlines remain held in abeyance pending further order of this court.

The parties are cautioned that further requests for an extension of time in which to mediate are discouraged, and will not be considered absent extenuating circumstances.
