In Miller v. Independent School District No. 56, 609 P.2d 756 (Okla. 1980), we found that a teacher was entitled to written notice of the reasons for nonrenewal of her employment contract.
The word, inconsistent means mutually repugnant or contradictory; contrary, the one to the other, so that both cannot stand, but the acceptance or establishment of the one implies the abrogation or abandonment of the other.
