Appellants having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (a), for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 9, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Reuben Ortenberg, Esq., sworn to October 25, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that appellants file the notice of appeal with the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on or before December 18, 2013.
