MEMORANDUM OPINION


On March 16, 2004, the parties in this case filed a motion to remand the cause stating that they have compromised and settled their dispute by written agreement. The parties' joint motion is hereby GRANTED. Pursuant to rule 42.1(a)(2)(B), the trial court's judgment is VACATED without regard to the merits and the cause is REMANDED to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the agreement.

See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).
