In light of the pro se status of Defendants JaJay Moto, Inc. and Ma Kam Fung (“unrepresented Defendants”), all counsel and unrepresented Defendants must familiarize themselves with the Court's Individual Rules, which are available at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/hon-jennifer-l-rochon, including the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Pro Se Cases. The deadline for the parties to file a joint letter pursuant to the Court's September 23, 2022 Order (ECF No. 60) is hereby extended from October 7, 2022 to October 14, 2022 to allow all parties, including unrepresented Defendants, to jointly confer and prepare the letter. Plaintiffs shall file the joint letter on ECF and serve it on unrepresented Defendants at the time of filing.
The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order, along with the Order dated September 23, 2022 (ECF No. 60) and Judge Rochon's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases and Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Pro Se Cases, to unrepresented Defendants at the below addresses.
