This case was calendared for trial at the Court's June 20, 2023, Salt Lake City, Utah trial session. On September 28, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached and requesting an additional 30 days to submit a proposed stipulated decision. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, by October 27, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a separate status report stating that the other party has reviewed the report and agreed to its contents.
