DONALD ATKINS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered February 22, 2023, this case was dismissed because petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee as directed by the Court. On March 7, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. To date, the Court's filing fee in this case remains unpaid.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 31, 2023, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "Forms" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov). If petitioner does not pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee by March 31, 2023, the Court will strike the parties' proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' proposed stipulated decision will be held in abeyance pending further direction by the Court.
