PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on June 6, 2018, and the Attorney for the Child having applied for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., dated January 9, 2018,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted on condition that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 16, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
