On July 17, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that they expect to submit a decision and motion for entry of decision under Tax Court Rule 248(b), by August 2, 2024. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served May 23, 2024, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that on or before August 2, 2024, respondent shall file a motion for entry of decision under Tax Court Rule 248(b); or by August 16, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulation of facts and a motion to submit the case under Tax Court Rule 122; or by August 16, 2024, each party shall submit to the Court a memorandum describing the issues to be tried, the identity of witnesses, and the estimated time required for trial.
