ABATEMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Before the court is appellants' unopposed motion to abate pending a potential petition for writ of certiorari filed with the United States Supreme Court regarding that case. The motion is granted. The appeal is abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from this court's active docket. The appeal will be reinstated on this court's docket when the parties file an appropriate motion to reinstate or a motion to dismiss the appeal or other dispositive motion. The court may reinstate the appeal on its own motion.
