Order denying motion of defendants Barondess to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to said defendants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
