These consolidated cases were originally calendared for trial at the January 23, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas. By Order of the Court dated December 27, 2022, these consolidated cases were continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On September 25, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that they are continuing settlement negotiations and petitioners are considering a settlement offer.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 27, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
