These consolidated cases were originally calendared for trial at the January 23, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas. By Order of the Court dated December 27, 2022, these consolidated cases were continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On August 8, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that they are continuing settlement negotiations, and are requesting an additional forty-five (45) days in which to submit to the Court an additional status report.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 25, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
