These consolidated cases were originally calendared for trial at the January 23, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas. By Order of the Court dated December 27, 2022, these consolidated cases were continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On May 3, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that settlement negotiations are ongoing, and they believe these consolidated cases can be resolved without the need for a trial. The parties have requested the Court order further status reports be due on or before July 31, 2024.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 31, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
