It is Ordered that the motion of the appellant is granted in so far as, the order of the Criminal Court (Angela Badamo, J.) dated November 19, 2021, requiring the posting of security in the amount of $9, 064.35 with the Clerk of the Court pursuant to AML § 373(6)(a) and the forfeiture of the defendant-appellant's ownership rights to the animals in the event he fails to post said security pursuant to

AML § 373(6)(b)(2) is stayed pending the determination of defendant-appellant's appeal of said order.
