Dougan, 202 So.3d 363, 378 (Fla. 2016))), reh'g denied, No. SC20-1589, 2022 WL 18956655 (Fla. Nov. 17, 2022); see also Hoskins v. State, 75 So.3d 250, 257 (Fla 2011) (finding argument not raised in the initial brief was barred).
This case was transferred from the Second District Court of Appeal to this Court on January 1, 2023.
