Summary
In Ashline v. Simon, 439 So.2d 1068 (La. 1983), the supreme court reversed a judgment of this court which held that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing plaintiff's claim with prejudice for failure to answer interrogatories, Ashline v. Simon, 435 So.2d 1041 (La.App. 5 Cir. 1983).
