DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated July 18, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated September 19, 2019, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated October 23, 2019, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated November 6, 2019, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 4, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
