This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia special trial session, scheduled to begin March 3, 2025, for two weeks.

On May 23, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report proposing a pretrial schedule. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the following pretrial activity schedule, which incorporates the parties' suggested pretrial schedule, shall be followed in pretrial preparation and trial for this case:

1. October 18, 2024: Last day to file motions for continuance.

2. November 6, 2024: Last day to file motions related to discovery or stipulations.

3. December 13, 2024: Last day to file motions for summary judgment.

4. December 13, 2024: Last day to file motions to take depositions of party and nonparty witnesses.

5. January 17, 2025: Last day to file expert witness reports. Parties shall file motions for leave to file expert report with lodged report.

6. January 17, 2025: Last day to file motions to compel stipulations under Rule 91(f).

7. February 3, 2025: Last day to submit first stipulation of facts.

8. February 10, 2025: Last day to file pretrial memorandum, which will identify witnesses who will testify at trial.

9. February 14, 2025: Last day to file rebuttal expert witness reports. Parties shall file motions for leave to file rebuttal expert report with lodged rebuttal report.

10. February 14, 2025: Last day to file motions in limine.

11. February 18, 2025: Last day to identify and exchange documents unless documents are received from a third party after this date.

12. February 24, 2025: Last day to file any proposed trial exhibits unless documents are received from a third party after this date.

13. February 26, 2025: Last day to file responses to motions in limine.

14. March 3, 2025: Trial commences.

Any events not addressed in this Order will be governed by the timeframes set forth in the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
