DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by respondent to dismiss appeal of petitioner for failure of prosecution.
Motion by petitioner for extension of time to perfect her appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs, unless petitioner shall perfect the appeal on or before March 31, 2016, in which event the motion to dismiss is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal of petitioner is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to March 31, 2016.
