On September 6, 2022, at 1:53 PM (docket entry #10), and at 2:13 PM (docket entry #12), respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The documents appear to be duplicates and the Court will strike from the record the second submission. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the September 6, 2022, at 2:13 PM (docket entry #12), respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is hereby deemed stricken from the record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
