ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

On December 6, 2022 respondent moved for a document-subpoena hearing to obtain documentation from a third party. The Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled the case for a hearing at the Court's January 11, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, at which time any third-party subpoena may be returnable. On January 10, 2023 respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that a document subpoena hearing is no longer required. It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 11,2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
