This case is calendared for trial at the Court's January 23, 2023, San Antonio, Texas trial session. On December 30, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached and requesting additional time to submit a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on January 23, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 6, 2023, file a stipulated decision or joint status report as to the then present status of this case. It is further
