Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 10, 2017, as amended, August 23, 2017 (Index No. 653238/17) and April 30, 2018 (Index No. 650103/17 and 653238/17),And the Special Master having moved for an order withdrawing the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from the Special Master dated December 31, 2018, and the order of this Court entered October 11, 2018 deeming the appeals withdrawn (M-3003, M-3199, M-3773), and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are deemed withdrawn pursuant to the aforesaid correspondence.
