ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Nashville, Tennessee, trial session, which is scheduled to begin February 28, 2022.

On December 15, 2021, the Commissioner filed a response to the Court's November 16, 2021 Order, which indicated that the petitioner would be returning the new proposed stipulated decision document to the Commissioner. We gave the parties until December 17, 2021, but we will allow an extension for the parties to submit the stipulated decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that due date to which the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision document is now extended until February 18, 2022.
