Opinion Filed August 6, 2008. DO NOT PUBLISH TEX. R. APP. P. 47.

On Appeal from the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 380-81770-03.

Before Justices WRIGHT, BRIDGES, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Alfred Paul Arthur, Jr. was convicted of assault on a public servant. Punishment was assessed at five years' imprisonment, probated for five years, and a $400 fine. The State filed a motion to revoke appellant's community supervision. However, after conducting a hearing on the motion, the trial court continued appellant on community supervision and modified the conditions. Appellant thereafter filed a notice of appeal. No appeal may be taken from an order modifying the conditions of community supervision. See Basaldua v. State, 558 S.W.2d 2, 5 (Tex.Crim.App. 1977). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
