This case is presently set for trial during the Phoenix, Arizona trial session scheduled to begin on December 2, 2024, and is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion filed October 30, 2024, is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served July 2, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties need not comply with the pretrial terms and obligations set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order, served July 2, 2024.

The parties are advised that the Court is inclined to grant the motion; the hearing will establish expected future actions to be taken by each party.
