ORDER

This 26th day of January, 2001, having determined that, pursuant to Art. IV, § 11( 1)(b) of the Delaware Constitution, this Court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal from the denial of a post-conviction motion because appellant's sentence did not exceed one month of imprisonment or one hundred dollars in fines,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this appeal be, and the same hereby is DISMISSED.
