MUHAMMAD WASEEM ARSHAD AND HYDROGEO, LLC, Appellants, v. IMPERIAL STAR ENERGY, LLC, Appellee.
Appeal from the 112th District Court of Pecos County, Texas (TC# P-12568-112-CV)
Before Alley, C.J., Palafox and Soto, J.J.
ORDER
Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.
The reporter's record was due June 6, 2024. On July 29, 2024, the Court requested the court reporter file a request for extension of time to file the reporter's record by August 1, 2024. As of this date, it has not been received. Therefore, the Court, on its own motion, grants an extension and ORDERS Elizabeth Lusk to file the report's record on or before September 5, 2024.
If for any reason Elizabeth Lusk is unable to file the reporter's record by that date, she directed to notify this office in writing and request an additional extension. Any further extension requests should state the reason(s) for the request and the length of time requested. If the reporter's record or a second extension request is not filed before the deadline, the Court may issue an order abating this cause and remanding to the trial court for a hearing to determine why the reporter's record has not been timely filed.
If court reporter Elizabeth Lusk is NOT the reporter for this cause, she is ORDERED to notify this office in writing immediately and forward this notice to the substitute reporter(s) so that they may file the reporter's record on or before September 5, 2024.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 6th day of August 2024.
