This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada Trial Session set to commence on September 26, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance. The parties informed the Court that they require additional time to discuss the issues in this case and a related case before the Court, and believe the case is susceptible to settlement given additional time.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed August 10, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's September 26, 2022, Las Vegas, Nevada calendar, continued and restored to the general docket.
