ORDER

The Bexar County Public Defender's Office was appointed to represent Appellant on appeal. After Appellant retained counsel to represent him on appeal, Dean A. Diachin, on behalf of the Bexar County Public Defender's Office, moved to withdraw. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5. The motion includes a copy of retained counsel's notice of appearance.

Appointed counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED.

We direct the clerk of this court to update this court's records to show that Appellant's counsel on appeal is Richard E. Langlois, SBN 11922500.
